Suggestions for Using the Net Pay Calculator
Existing Employee/Trainee
- Using the last pay statement (available through Oracle Self Service Applications), enter the details as they appear on the statement.
- Confirm that the net payment amount reported on the calculator is approximately the same as the net pay reported on the pay statement.
- Enter changes (e.g. benefits, other deductions and taxes) on the appropriate screen and the calculator will update the net pay according to the submitted changes
New Employee/Trainee
- Determine monthly/biweekly gross pay based on letter of offer or award letter and enter the expected taxes, benefits and other deductions.
